Sarah’s practice focuses on the representation of developers of affordable, multi-family rental housing.  Her primary areas of practice are real estate finance and general corporate matters. She has experience with a variety of government financing incentives used in commercial and multifamily housing transactions, including new markets tax credits, historic rehabilitation tax credits, low-income housing tax credits, bond financing and other federal, state and local subsidies.

Prior to joining Kantor Taylor, Sarah served as an Associate at Coats Rose and Fishman Haygood in New Orleans, Louisiana, and she clerked for the Honorable Sul Ozerden of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi.  Sarah is a 2016 summa cum laude graduate of Tulane University School of Law, where she was an editor of the Tulane Law Review.  Before law school, Sarah worked as an economic development specialist for the Coastal Regional Commission of Georgia.
