Sarah Yednock

Sarah’s practice focuses on counseling developers and owners of affordable, multi-family rental housing in a broad range of matters throughout the real estate development process. Sarah advises clients in structuring, documenting and closing financing transactions, including developments financed with federal low-income housing tax credits, tax-exempt bond financing and other federal, state and local subsidies.
Sarah is a 2016 summa cum laude graduate of Tulane University School of Law, where she was an editor of the Tulane Law Review. After graduating from Tulane, Sarah clerked for the Honorable Sul Ozerden of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi.
