Nadeen Buzzelli
Associate
Nadeen Buzzelli focuses her practice on the development and preservation of affordable housing, representing both developers and owners in projects financed with low-income housing tax credits, tax-exempt bonds, and a variety of federal, state, and local housing subsidies. She regularly advises clients on acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and other real estate matters, guiding them through the complexities of affordable housing with a practical and solutions-oriented approach.
Before joining Kantor Taylor, Nadeen served as Associate Regional Counsel at one of the nation’s largest homebuilders. There, she gained extensive experience maneuvering through all stages of land acquisition and development.
Nadeen is an active member of the Washington State Bar Association’s Real Property, Probate and Trust Section and the American Bar Association’s Forum on Affordable Housing and Community Development Law. She is admitted to practice in both Washington and New York.
Nadeen graduated summa cum laude from SUNY College at Buffalo and received her J.D. from SUNY Buffalo Law cum laude.
Outside the office, Nadeen enjoys spending time with her family, including her toddler and energetic cavapoo. In the fall and winter, you’ll find her cheering on the Buffalo Bills—ever hopeful for a Super Bowl run.
