Josephine Klepack Ennis

Associate

Josephine specializes in assisting developers and owners with multi-family affordable housing projects throughout their lifecycle. She has experience working with Low Income Housing Tax Credits, tax-exempt bonds, commercial loans, and various local, state, and federal funding sources.

Josephine has a passion for affordable housing finance, design, and policy and has held various roles in this field. She previously worked as an Associate in Pacifica Law Group’s public finance group and as a Legal Honors Attorney for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. She recently completed her Master of Regional Planning degree at Cornell University, focusing on housing policy and real estate finance.

During law school, Josephine clerked at Kantor Taylor and is now excited to return to the firm and to help her clients create and preserve affordable housing.
