Ian provides advice and assistance to clients in all aspects of real estate finance, with an emphasis on representing lenders in HUD/FHA-insured transactions.
Prior to joining Kantor Taylor, Ian worked as an Attorney-Advisor for the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development, focusing on multifamily and healthcare facility loans insured through the Federal Housing Administration. While at HUD, Ian helped develop closing protocols and policy for the Section 232 “Lean” Healthcare Program and worked extensively with projects subject to accounts receivable (“AR”) financing.
