Carly Hepburn

Carly’s practice focuses on real estate finance and development, particularly HUD-insured loan programs and affordable housing. In addition to closing HUD-insured multifamily and healthcare loans, Carly also has asset management experience, including loan servicing, handling construction draws, project performance, and financial analysis.

Before joining Kantor Taylor, Carly served as an Associate at Reno & Cavanaugh, PLLC.  Prior, Carly spent seven years at Love Funding Corporation, a leading HUD-insured lender, where she served as Assistant Vice President and Associate General Counsel, and before that as an Asset Manager.

Carly received her J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law. She received a B.A. in Policy Studies from Syracuse University. Carly is admitted to the New York State and District of Columbia bars. She is a member of the American Bar Association.

Carly lives in Skaneateles, New York with her husband and twins.
