Carly Hepburn

Associate

Carly’s practice focuses on real estate finance and development, particularly HUD-insured loan programs and affordable housing. In addition to closing HUD-insured multifamily and healthcare loans, Carly also has asset management experience, including loan servicing, handling construction draws, project performance, and financial analysis.
 
Prior to joining Kantor Taylor, Carly served as an Associate at Reno & Cavanaugh, PLLC.  Previous to that, Carly spent seven years at Love Funding Corporation, a leading HUD-insured lender, where she served as Assistant Vice President and Associate General Counsel, and before that as an Asset Manager. 
 
While in law school, Carly worked for the Elder Law Clinic and held internships with the Cayuga County Surrogate’s Court, Cayuga County District Attorney’s Office, and Office of the 24th Congressional District of New York. 
 
Carly lives in Skaneateles, New York with her husband and twins.
