Jenny Yeh


Jenny Yeh’s practice primarily focuses on the financing and development of multi-family affordable housing projects. Jenny represents clients in connection with many aspects of commercial real estate law, including development, finance, purchases, due diligence, sales and leasing, reciprocal easements and joint development agreements. Jenny actively assists in our representation of both investors and sponsors of LIHTC projects through all stages of project development, including site acquisition, due diligence and project financing.

Prior to joining Kantor Taylor, Jenny practiced as a commercial real estate lawyer with large law firms in Washington, D.C. In addition, Jenny was a visiting professor with the Temple University Master of Laws degree (LLM) program in Beijing, China where she taught property law and the Temple Law School Judicial Education Program where she taught in a rule of law program offered to Chinese judges and officials.
